Hello everyone and welcome to my page, 

I'm James your Wellness Coach and I am someone who is very passionate about their health and I get excited whenever I see others get results, whether it's friends, family or people I have never met before. I've been interested in health and fitness since I was 10 and I was just a chubby kid who wanted to lose weight and also to keep from being teased about my size and for that reason I would get into fights. Ever since the age of ten I kept that fire burning inside me to maintain my weight throughout my teens and early 20's. After a while my bad habits caught up with me and I took having a high metabolism and being in good shape for granted and was too naive to think that I wouldn't gain weight. After years of hanging out with the guys late nights and eating heavy foods such as pizza and cheese steaks etc. 

I put on 65 lbs and weighed 240lbs and I'm 5'7 which is too heavy for my height. I disliked getting acid reflex on a daily basis and breathing heavily after walking up a flight of stairs. That was enough to motivate me to drop the weight. It took nearly a year but I managed to drop the weight and got back to my original weight which was 175 lbs in 2013 and I've never looked back ever since and stayed the same size for 10 years now. After going through my ups and downs I'm now a certified in Health and Wellness coaching. My mission is to inspire and teach others how to live a healthier lifestyle and gain a positive mindset which will help deal with life obstacles that may come your way. I hope you enjoy my content and that it helps you accomplish whatever goals that you want to succeed in.
